Information regarding the listing of M.A before Hon'ble CAT

Dear Firend

s, I need an information from those who are practisng in the CAT.  If an applicant files an MA(Miscallneous Application) during the pendency of the O.A(original Application), Please inform that M.A will be listed separately or only on the date of next hearing when O.A will be listed?

Regards

Yogesh

Dear yogesh,

the M.A. will be listed seperately, but you lawyer according to his needs, mentioned it in court to hear the same with O.A.

M.A. should be listed seperately.

It depends upon the circumstances. If you are moving a fresh case for admission, then the M.A will be heard along with the O.A. If it is a pending case, if you need any interim releif, then M.A will be taken up for hearing separately.
