Inherited property

Dear experts I have two query's. Regarding sale of land. I have 3 brothers n me. My father inherited property decided to 3 sons. My brothers sold their land took NOC from me. How can I claim my share. Every thing sold out. by Krish

NOC must be registered...if it is not u can file suit for your share in th property which is maintanable
