inheritence

A was mother of B, C and D.
they all were owner of a land in equal share.(1/4 each)
after the death of A (mother) property gets distributed in B C and D in equal shares.(1/3 each )
B is not alive now.his wife is owner of his share by will.

using gpa of C, B 's wife sold her own share and the share of C also.(2/3)

i am son of B. recently i got an affidavit prepared by C in which C has stated that she has no objection if the mutation of inheritance is sactioned in the name of B of the property which will come to her from A(mother).
can i claim this property as grandson which is coming to my father B?

U cannot claim because he has made will before his death and property doesn't belong to your grand father.
