dear all
my inlaws gave car the car is in the name of my brother in law I am not interested in car as I can not aford car now insurance has been expired my wife is threatening to get car insured or her brother will give notice Domastic Voilance case is inthe court on belf of my wife through her brother car is also finaced by bank.
please advise

why you did not return the car before expiry of the insurance to your BIL?

When you are not in position to afford the maitenance of car then it will be better for you to return the car to your brother in law. .
