Insurance advt without disclaimer abuse public money

An insurance advetisement in India cannot be issued without mandatory disclaimer that "insurance is the subject matter of solicitation"

One such advetisement was issued on behalf of No.1 GIPSA company,

 

RTI dated 3.04.2013 was filed in wider public interests.

The CPIO  has replied with copy to ministry of finance that the  applicant's RTI  (who incidentally,keeps the highest insurance qualifications) is based on what he calls "frivolous assumptions"

 

Though the CPIO admittedly, enjoys travel by flight (on public money) as reflected in his attached reply,instead of saving precious time and public money by attending  hearing of CIC through stipulated mode of  video conference.
