Mr. Soni,

Private Companies are not governed by the CDA Rules. They have got their own Service Rules and Code of Conduct.

But if at all any Company has adopted the same, the said CDA Rules are then applicable to the COmpany as well as its employees.

dear soni i think gic is wrong in saying that their rules are not published in gazzette for notification.all lic and gic rules are placed in parliament before notification in gazzette

mr soni can u tell me whether insurance company is under company act 1956 or goverened by any other act,how your terms and conditions are regulated while in service.

please note lic employess are goverened by lic staff regulations 1960,made by govt in exercise of power vested in it by sec.48 of lic act 1956, and not by cda rules applicable to other public undertaking owned by central government.
