I am a hindu boy and my girl friend is muslim. we both are living in delhi. I am basically form jharkhand and living in delhi from last 5 years. My girl friend belongs to Kashmir and she is also living in delhi. basically she born at delhi but her school education done at kashmir. she is also living in delhi from last 5 years. We want to marriage throug Arya Samaj Marriage. She is ready to convert the religion. I have Driving Licence and Pan Card from My Home town. She have only pan card which issued from J & K. We want to marry as soon as possible.
I need advise regarding the documents. and one more thing that i heared that the law of J & K residents are different to other states. she doesnt have any address proof of delhi. we both are outsider but i have DL of my state. But she doesnt have any resident proof of delhi or anywhere.
Please help regarding this.
