We had a vacant land (Khamar). We want to construct gate and subsequently boundary wall in that land but my neighbor along with other few people obstructing us to construct gate and forcing us to leave that land vacant so as to make it a public road. Gram panchayat pradhan and other political people is backing them. The land is ours we have all papers and porcha etc. Whenever we initiate to construct the gate Panchayat Pradhan sends Local Police to stop the construction. We then filed for temporary injuction in district court but temporary injuction has been granted fr 1 month. Now after the injunction order, Panchayat Pradhan is forcing us to leave 3 feet space and then only construct the wall/gate so that they can make it a 3 feet wide road. The said land has daag no 2705 where two people owns 50% each. The other person already constructed house (Indira Awas Yojona by Govt) and have not left any space. But Panchayat is forcing verbally in our case to leave a 3feet wide space and then construct the boundary and gate. As for easementary, every other plot have connectivity to road and its not like that if we dont leave space then any plot will get blocked, but still we are being harassed. Kindly guide how to approach so that we can construct the boundary gate without any interference from our Neighbour, Villagers, Panchayat Pradhan and Police. Thanks.
