You can file a revision petition in the high court by filing an application for delay condone.

why is the order unjust ??? what is ur salary and what is the amount awarded. Give more details and let us know why you feel the order passed is for high amount. what is the qualification and work experience if any.....Merely filing appeal for the sake of it will further add to ur expenses

To reduce maintneance, you need to file change in circumstances application in magistrate court in accordance with what section order has been passed, asking court to reduce mainteannce.  Its always better to go for settlement and take mutual divorce rather than doing all this circus.
