I have filed application u/s 203 of CrPC for dismissal of DV complaint. The DV has been filed by wife after 3 years of seperation. No DIR registered as she directly apprached the magistrate. Allegations in the application are vague in nature. In view of this, Kindly guide me about the following.
(i) Can I do Interrogative Arguments for proceedings related to my 203 application??
(ii) What are pre-requisits for Interrogative Arguments??
