Once a complaint is filed, everything depends on facts/circumstances submitted as evidence. Those cases can only be defended by a competent advocate as the burden to establish cheating rests on complainant/police with such evidence, escaping otherwise is not known in law. The innocent has to be established in court of law, and it is the judgment that is final.

Appeal option is there. After a court has convicted and sentenced a criminal defendant, the defendant may file an appeal to a higher court, asking it to review the lower court’s decision for legal errors that may have affected the outcome of the case. If the appellate court grants the appeal, it may reverse the lower court’s decision in whole or in part. If the appellate court denies the appeal, the lower court’s decision stands.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 28 May 2021
If you have already preferred the appeal and the same is pending disposal, then you may have to wait for the decision of the appellate court,.
No suggestions can be given at this stage, it is a sub judice matter.

You will appreciate the fact that it will be inappropriate to form an opinion and oblige you without perusing the case file / documents.
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of documents/ case file, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
