Hi all in my 498a also i have strong proofs eg voice recording and phone recording. can i file case u/s 182 or shuld i submit tht recording first in my 498a case? can plz any one advice. Still chargesheet has not filed by police. thanks

Please note that you can not file 182 IPC. Only the public servant to whom false report of a crime was given or his superior can file a case under 182.

It relates to the Public Servants. So U can not file u/s182 I.P.C.

a person acequtted a ciminal case due to hostil witness of complitantant. can a person give compliant againt the complitantant befor police to take action against him u/s 182 ipc?

Hostile witness why?
Because there was a compromise. Police anyways have so much work, why file 182.

The acquitted person implicated by the knowingly false complaint by complainant so he wants to give complaint against them u/s 182 ipc
