Irbm and divorce

Hi Ld Members,

I have a query related to IrBM.

Should i file divorce before IrBM comes in picture, so as to save my parents property.

Pls suggest me.

if husband files in IrBM wife can contest it. If wife files husband can not contest it.

no where they mentioned about parents but total against the husband throughout the country

IRBM is not a law yet, its not a ground for divorce either by wife or by husband

I think he wants to ask that whether IrBM (divide of property share) applies on divorce cases already filed?

yes my question is if i apply for divorce now then will irbm affect the merits and will property division come in picture afterwards ??
