sub : is chance of gift comes under lottery act?
i wants to start a business, in which i offering to customer, that " take membership and get every hour lucky gift coupen of Rs. 1 crore 1 prize and 50 lakh 2nd prize and so on. .. through chance of gift coupen method. In karnataka lottery is banned.
so that here i wants an information that whether chance of gift comes under lottery act or not? if so , how i change my plan ? if not comes under lottery act then how i register my ferm or company.
