sir i have filed a case against UPPCL( electricity department) in consumer forum. before that i have made several complaints at call center no of the UPPCL and registered my complaint and in response i received the complaint no. acknowledgement as sms from UPPCL. is this evidence admissible before consumer forum to prove that i have made complaint to the department? after registering complaint i received the calls from the department but not received any satisfactory solution than i approached the consumer forum. now in his answer the department is saying that they do not have any information that any such complaint had been registered by the complainant.?
