Is it anybody can get anybody's form 16 ??

In the Trail of DV Case lawyer bring a husband form 16 & his FD Receipt to prove his income but How Can lawyer gets form 16 ? on Which Website ?? is this is legal ? If he collects the form 16 in illegally can we file Complaint against wife & lawyer in local Police station ?? Also can we complaint to Mumbai Bar Council to Cancel lawyer licence by submitting form 16 & FD receipt illegally in front of honorable court. ? Appreciate your help.
