Is it necessary to fight rcr after divorce?

hi sir madam, i have won contested divorce Jan 2016. Now, came to now (throug a relative) wife is still running the RCR case in another state. RCR case was filed in 2015, but i have filed divorce in 2014.

I have never got notice for RCR. kindly suggest if i should appear in sub court and file counter for RCR? can i just ignore this otherwise? thanks for your inputs.

Note: i am not married yet after the divorce.

thanks for your kind responses.

if i can go after RCR judgement, should it be in same court or high court?

at present, looks like judge has asked for evidence of paper publication and case is posted for Hearing. thanks.

Brother after publication, it will set as ex-parte. After making ex-parte, judge will allot one day to hear the petitioner's version and on next date or thereafter he will grant what was aksed in that petition.

If it's ex-parte, you have to approach the same court where the judgment is given.
