Is RPC (pahani) document final to prove ownership of the land

In Karanataka villages.
If In RPC (Pahani) for Agriculture lands.
if the name of owner is mentioned, is this sufficient to prove the ownership?

Is this the final document?

Is further registration of the document necessary?
If registered. What are the advantages?

Is there possibility or scope to create a litigation by family members or neighbours?

Revenue documents are not absolute as to title.

1. Mentioned documents would only prove your possession in the Revenue Records and does not prove absolute Title-Ownership, which can be proved only by Registered Sale /Purchase Deeds.

The Pahani or the RTC records are not title documents.

The registered sale deed or settlement deed or registered  gift deed or registered partition deed in your name can be considered as title document.

The revenue records are not title documents until the property had been inherited or allotted by government.

Hence you may arrange for a registered title document to claim clear and marketable title to the property.
