Is this cause imprisonment

Hello Sir,

I mean there is no benefit for me doing such kind of things.This has happened just because of my negligence.But I am sure I have submitted all Xerox copies of all my origional docs as it is.

Question is only one of forged doc that I created loneg back 10 years back because at that time I was big fan of editing using paint, so by mistake i prepared forged Xerox.

There is no benefit of mine for doing such kind of things.

Why should anyopne belive this

Because this moment and for this job marks and grade does not require.Only valid degree certificate they need.and all other docs are proper.

And I have all docs submitted properly.Moreover I already submitted all my origional Xerox copies for all mark sheets.

Why there is reply like there is motive behind my act and no one believe on me.

For BGV verification i have already submitted all soft copies of my origionals as it is.

I am in tension with one of xerox because of my mistake in past but for same doc I have already submitted origional Xerox copy for same.

One more thing would like to highlight that at the time of joining HR has checked all my origional documents and I have HR's sign on my joining form as a  witness.

Termination will be ok but how it comes in criminal action and imprisonment.

HR is not a party to forgery committed by you.

He/she has just collected copy from you.

Finally discuss in person with all details with your own counsel.

You wanted to have some names and that too has been posted.

Not an issue, many persons get cheated  by mistake so was your HR.  You were successful in cheating him that does not mena that cheating never existed.
