DV case is pending since 2 years
I need passport for some office work abroad, please guide weather court permission is required and if yes, is it granted ?

Dear Vishak,
Please take a rented house and make rent agreement with the land lord. Update that address in the rent agreement on your bank passbook. With that address make your passport. Please don't disclose your new address to anybody. Police verifies only the local PS nothing else. Give your new address to your employer only.

Suppression of facts material to the issuance of passport will be treated as an offence for which criminal action can be initiated against the defaulter, hence, apply for the passport with full facts duly furnished in the application.
