Job cheating - Singapore

I have applied for a job in Singapore via a manpower company, Head quarters @ Philippines.

I had given money of RS 1.65 lakhs INR. and told that placement will be done in one month.
Currently I'm waiting for the job from last 3 years...
They are still replying for my queries, but skipping dates for interview.

Is there any possibilities of claiming or filing a case against them..?

in that case if u have sufficient evidence that many was given by u then will took action against company as a cheating or fraud

How come you staying in India engage an agency in Phillipine ,now if you have concreate proef against the agency and the Agency is registeres in Phillipine then you better go there and file the compliant their under the law of that land; however the sanity says that is too much expenses and needs lot of time and energy so it is better to earn that all at the cost of a deal ;FORGET and with bonus of learnt a lesson never do that again.......
