So i exclusively own 15x40 and he also owns 15x40 .
We both wants to enter into MoU that I will be taking first floor and he will be taking second floor,
ground floor will be commonly used for parking and play area as of now. later it we may construct 1 BHK on ground floor and rent it out, rent wil be equallyt shared by both...
We were wondering if BBMP would give us permission to construct?
Would banks give us loan? ( if we bot hare co applicatints ) ?
SBI lawyer was mentioning that it may not be possible however he needs to do more research he mentioned?
Any other nationalized bank would give loan?
Is it not like apartment scenario?
