Seek Your advise please :-
If we had applied for Maintenance case in 2009 but had to withdraw it in 2012 due to delay in submission of the Publication Charge and re-applied the case in 2014.
Is there any provision in the Act that the applicant would be allowed Maintenance for the past 3 years from the date of application that is for 2011, 2012, 2013 in my case. Kindly advise.
