in 138 matter the complainant has filed 4 condonation of delay which is of 3 days.....coz they didnt got a/d card and after taking out information on which date the notice was served to the accused they file the case but with 3 days delay...is there any judgement 2 show tat they cannot file the case or their case gets dismissed on this ground???
