Labour issue

Sir I am working in a multi state co OP bank and recently RBI cancelled banking license and liquidator is appointed. How we can proceed to get our legal dues like gratuity leave from liquidator please advice

If you have an association they can manage.  Now that a receiver is appointed, you can make a demand for payment of gratuity once it is sure that you are no more in employment.  Please download Gratuity Act from google or get a copy from any bank branch (Must be displayed) that states the procedure for demanding gratuity as per notices.  Instead of designated Gratuity officer, now you have to demand payment of gratuity through notices to   Designated Gratuity officer, The receiver of................

It would be paid from the assets of the Bank as ascertained. Dues to the employees is a priority once the Government dues are settled.
