Dear Sir
I am the Owner of the Property situated at 100 feet Ring Road BTM Layout Bangalore. The said property is under Acquisation by the Bangalore Metro. The Bangalore Metro has assigned the acquisation process to KIADB. The KIADB has issued the Notices under Section 28 (1) and 28 (2) on 9th of October 2013. Which was recieved by us on 19th of November 2013. The follwing are the points on which i need clarification.
1. Whether KIADB can issue noticies for the acquisation of propertyfor other than Industrial Purpose.
2. Whether The Land Acquisation Rehablitation and resettlement Bil 2013 (LARR 2013) is applicable for this acquisation.
3. Whether our tenants will get compensation, rehabilitation, employment or other benefits as mentioned in the LARR 2013.
4. What is the Amount i will get as compensation and interest (if Guidance Value of the area is 8000/-. and size is 1760 SFT Commercial and corner property with aprox 2500 Construction).
5. What is the procedure if i am not satisfied with the compensation ( please give in details what are the things needs to be done )
