Land brought from Razakar with stamp

Hi, I am planning to purchase in a gated community built in 2014. There are 115 houses constructed in it. And people moved in. In general conversation with land owner I came to know that his father brought it from Razakar, in Nizam dynasty. Can we go ahead with this. The builder has three different ventures side by side in the same area with almost 400 houses. This is one among them. Please advise...
