I was alloted bila naam charnot land by collector for industury in 1994 for lease of 99 years.
In 1997 we invested 17 lacs and their was destruction done by shiv dal on factory hence collector
cancelled our land and ordered to give different land.
We claim for our 17 lacs losses but he refused.
We search same type of bila naam charnot land but he didnt alloted thast land giving the reason that the land has kabjaa of some people there.
Now in 2010 he told us to take land from RIICO. Riico never gives such land for industry He sales land in aution.
What should we do.
