Land combines with multiple survey number

Hi
I am purchasing a land which has 10R, 10R, 20R from 3 survey numbers adjacent to each other. There will be 3 different sell deeds. Can someone suggest is there any problem In purchasing from 3 different survey number? What precautions I need to take ?

Who are the buyers of the 3 sale deeds?  If one person purchased through 3 sale deeds, that person should now execute one sale deed for 3 different survey numbers with their boundaries in your favour. If there are 3 persons for 3 different survey numbers those 3 persons shall execute the deeds in your favour.  Obtain a Fair Adangal Copy or 7/12 copy and show it to a lawyer in your area.

Yes, one sale deed would be sufficient if the seller is one and the same person.

Thanks. These are 3 different owners so I have to do 3 dees. Right? Yes boundaries are aligned to each other. Thanks for advising on 7/12, I will check it from lawyer.

All the three vendors can jointly execute a single registered sale deed in favor of buyer,  but the details of property and consideration amount of each should be clearly mentioned in the sale deed.

Why do you intend to go for 3 different sale deeds, when sole deed can serve the purpose for all the properties ?

Is it agricultural land buying for becoming farmer be careful if for converting to residential sites only money talks hear after conversion sell it and abscond.
