Land joint registration one person dies

A son to fulfill his mother dream purchased a Plot.
However, the land registered in the name of both Mother and Son (Elder).
The mother has 3 children in total, other being a Daughter and a Son (Younger).
After the death of mother, what happens to the ownership of the property?
Here Elder son is the one who invested amount in the plot.

Hello,

For a mother, all her 3 children will be legal heirs and they are entitled to an equal share in the property. If the elder son wants to claim ownership of the property as he has invested in the mother's name and the elder son is not read to give a share to other siblings then he has to file a civil suit.

Sir, how the partition takes place among the children as the elder son is joint owner of the property along with mother?

Also, what suit he has to file to claim whole property as he invested in the same?
