I am living in Ghaziabad (U.P.) since 25 years ago. My house and other two house are 5 fit’way as per Registry of all houses, one of the neighbour make-up the I fit way space in his house above twenty years. This fact is now clear after death of my father. Now they are living separate before 10-12 years. The Land of Municipal Corporation and I told him various time in this regard but not recd. any fruitful result.
My question is that any legal way in this regard, they return the land for ways i.e. 1 fit and can I file the eligible suit and also that requested to you brief the limitation act in this regard.
Your earlier action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
