A plot of land of Jehanabad, Bihar bearing Khata no 1271 and Plot no 565 is in the name of my grandfather sri Ramjivan Mahato, s/o – Bhikhari yadav and purchased by him during 1955-60. Revenue was deposited by my grand-father since then and now by my father. Circle Officer of my area has replied under public grievance that land bearing Khata no 1271 and Plot no 565 is in the name of sri Ramjivan Mahato, s/o – Bhikhari yadav. Police Incharge of my area has given in his report to SDO, Jehanabad that the above mentioned land is under forcefully custody of my neighbor kameshwar yadav, S/o – sukhu yadav but Police is not ready to hand over the land.
