मुंबई जमीन अधिनियम की धारा 73AA तहत जमीन ट्रांसफर करने का प्रतिबन्ध छे, बाद मे गुजरात सरकार ने एक परिपत्र की तहत कुछ जाती/समुदाय के लोगो के 73AA मे से मुक्ति दे दी है, मुझे जानना है की कच्छ के दातणिया जाती को मुक्ति मिली है या नहीं
और अगर नहीं मिली तो के जमीन बेचने के लिए जो मंजूरी लेनी होती है उसकी क्या प्रोसेस होती है.

The procedure for transfer of land under Sec 73AA of Gujrat Land Revenue is:-
The person of a tribe has to get the prior sanction from the collector for the transfer of any property, held by person belonged to Scheduled Tribe. If the property is already being transfer without the prior permission of the collector, the tribal transferor or his successor in interest may, within two years of transfer, apply to the contractor that the possession of such occupany was restored by him and also show cause notice may be issued by collector why he should not restrain him fro the possession of the occupancy.
and if collector may deem fit, declare that the property was restored by tribnal transferror or his successor in the interest.
