wITH gOVERNMENT APPROVAL YOU CAN SELL ST LAND TO OTHERS. gO THROUGH oFFICE OF COLLECTOR.Also discuss this issue wirh your  lawyer who is wellversed in revenue/property matters.He should be trustworthy also.

It is not Possible to transfer ST land to others.Special permission is required from tribal welfare officer. Transfer of land in tribal area is permitted to ST or ST society

The regulation does not apply to all ST lands, but lands in certain areas, duly notified.
