I am the Owner of the property situated in Mumbai.. which is come under pagadi system... I have just won the case against tenant on ground of tenant not using the premises for more than 6 months as per Maharashtra rent control act... Still the tenanted room is in lock condition...
My Question is
1) How to get lawful possession of room. pls note tenant still not using the room & it's in lock condition...
2) Can I broke the old tenant lock and replace with my new lock...
3) Can I stop tenant if he try to enter in room with the help of local police as I won the court case...
