I am looking for a lawyer to file a writ petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court against Punjab Education Recruitment Board. It is regarding a rule exluding women from OBC/SC quota who migrated in the state of Punjab after marriage. This rule is against a SC judgement in an exactly similar case.
