Lease deed

A commercial property is proposed to be leased to us, this property is located in an SEZ, per my understanding we would have to pay stamp duty on the total agreement value( comprising of deposit, rent and maintenance component), however i needed to check if we are legally obligated to pay stamp duty on maintenance component aswell? Early revert would be appreciated...
