Chapter VII of the Act deals with the provisions on Leave with Pay - every employee who has worked not less than 240 days during a year shall be allowed leave, consecutive or otherwise, for a period of not less than 21 days - Provided that such leave may be accumulated upto a maximum period of 42 days. Please read Sections 35 to 37 for full details.
