Sir,
I have lodged a complaint for less measurement of my land acquisition to Land acquisition officer . Due to the only fault of showing other farmer's land on my land and vice a versa in a layout map. There are four farmers in this map of one survey no. The shape of survey no is not a square. It got all unequal sides. Hence only difference comes.
The dispute is only for the land which is already possessed by National Highway before one and half year . They already accupied the land 15 mtrs from the centre of of the road. There is now no question of acquiring the extra land from me also in this case.
Vide N H act section 3 A , CALA sent notice and file to Highway Project Director before 4 months ago
Now my problem is that P.D. is annoyed on me also due to some hidden cause.
Therefore kindly advise me
1 . Is paper notice is required in this case vide 3. A. 3 ? Here dispute pending is only for the possessed land.
2 . Can Project Director vide 3 C 1, now raise
any objection including any measurement etc after a waste of 4 months time ? will it be not a violence of rule ?
3. Can CALA proceed now under 3 D. ?
