Legal documents

In the Trust Deed for registration whether all the Trustees have also to sign in addition to the Founder/Settler.

Whether invalied if all are signing or not signing?

What is the implication if signed and if not signed?

If it is signed by all the members then the deed is a valid document otherwise due to unsigned by the members it is not a valid document.
