my questions are
1 Who is legal heir for the property of divorce woman ? ( in both case - having child & not having child )
2.Who is legal heir of property of widow ? ( having child and not having child )
3. Can husband claim for property of wife after divorce ?

If it is owned property of the woman and she is divorced then her children are her legal heirs.
If there are no children then the Brothers/sisters/parents shall be legal heirs for a such woman.
For widow same as above for her owned property.
