Dear Sirs,
My father had expired in May 2010 in Coimbatore. We 3 sons and our mother applied for a Legal heir certificate in June 2010 through the Village Admn Officer (as our residence fell within Panchayat limits). The legal heir certificate is yet to come after nearly 10 months.
What is the exact route of obtaining the certificate? What are the stages that the application passes thru? Where do I check the status of our application?

best thing is you can approach either VAO or Thasildar, for regarding aforesaid reason,

Dear Sir,
I have query my gradfather has acquired the property from his ancestor and he sold this property to my uncle while he was alive and my uncle tranfered this proprty to his wife as denmeher.now my father is deprived from the property.
Is there is any possibity to fight in court and get the poperty.
