If anyone suggested to you that the legal heir certificate helps you in establishing a title, the easiest way is obtaining such certificate in Hyderabad also. In AP it is easy to obtain through Meeseva. My query is restricted to obtaining legal heir certificate alone in Hyderabad and not validity in transfer transactions.
