Legal heir rights for buying plot

Hi,

I am planning to purchase a plot in bangalore from a person-A.

This person-A has acquired the property from his father as his legal heir. All the records like Mutation Register, RTC are showing this person-A as the absolute owner.

This person-A has sold it to Person-B who is now in-turn selling it to me. In the sale deed executed between person-A and person-B, Person-A's son has signed in consentive witness but person-A's daughters have all signed as Witnesses.

Now if I buy the plot from person-B, can I be in problem from Person-A's daughters or son in future?

Thanks in advance,
Satheesh

Dear, first of all dont worry about the aquiring property bcoz A can sell the ancestral property which is in the nama of him and his heirs also sings as a witness. and you purchase from the B so even otherwise any disputes arise in future you are the bonafide purchaser as far as legal point of view is concern.

whether the sale of property could be effected by person-A , if his legal heirs doesnt singed the sale deed.
