Legal heirs

hi i'm raja from chennai. my father died 2012. the legal heirs are my mother, myself, twosisters and my grandfather. can i give equal share to my grand father or not. if yes how much can i give to my grandfather.

Your mother , two sisters , and yourself is entitled for equal share means 1/4 share each , from the property , your grandfather is not entitled for any share from the property.

its all depends upon type of property. whether its is self earned or inherited. please clarify

it's all self earned. but my grandfather and my father's brother demanding me..
