Legal help for harrassment by wife

Matrimonial disharmony Husband - 45 yrs, Govt officer. Wife - 40 yrs, contractual teacher in private school. Two sons, 8 yr and 5 yr. Wife wants full control over all family matters, full ccontrol over husband's money etc. Husband is providing accommodation in officers colony, paying for electricity and water, giving school fees of children and Rs 50,000 per month for household and other expenses. Wife is continuously making fuss stating that this is insufficient. Moreover she is wasting money by impulsive buying of unnecessary items, investing in low yielding schemes, making impulsive and unplanned trips etc. For some years she has also been asking for divorce. Husband is compromising and adjusting for the sake of kids but now is fed up. Wife wants that separate accommodation and expenses for her and kids be arranged by her husband. Wife is also casting aspersions against husband in family, friends, society and husband's workplace. She is making frequent frivolous complaints against husband to his boss at workplace. The is a full time maid at the residence who stays in adjacent servant quarter and wife has no compulsion to do any household work. Once in a while, if she wants to have a particular food which maid cannot cook, she prepares a dish with full assistance of the maid. Wife also neglects the children for daily grooming and supervision. In this situation, the queries are: 1. How can husband ask for legal help to save himself from such constant mental irritation, tension and harassment. 2. She is asking for separation but not willing to leave husbands govt quarter. Rather she is asking her husband to provide an flat near her school stating that it is the husband's responsibility to look after wife and children. Is legally entitled for that? 3. Is it a strong case to ask for judicial separation and subsequent divorce? 4. Husband is willing to pay for kids not for wife. Is wife entitled to maintainance allowance. Is wife entitled to husband's saving and property in case of divorce? Wife is a PhD, on contractual appointment in reputed private school as science teacher with salary 50,000 per month. Husband wants to maintain his family as a responsible person but also wish to live a hassel free family life without compromising righteousness and self respect and dignity which is hampered every day because of irrational and immature behaviour of wife. Please advise.

You are 45 what adivice do you seek from people?  Your married life has become one big nautanki

There is no respect for institution of marriage at all.

You need psychiatric help, you can take your wife along with you to psychiatrist.  You will be given treatment.  Hope you will calm down with anti anxiolytics.

Law as both options, fight till you are alive or part ways peacefully by taking mutual divorce.  Which one you both want? Decide.

After Two sons, 8 yr and 5 yr. Husband want divorce why? Why dnt he think about divorce before children? Or if for sake of children future he tolerate his wife till yet why don't he tolerate whole life? In this case husband and wife need counseling not divorce. Problem which can solve through counseling, why husband want to solve in court? Family matter can never solve in court.
