Dear Experts,

Can a legal advisor (LLB) of a company send legal notice on behalf of the company. Can he use the company letter head or he has to hire some one from outside

A notice is always a notice, but a Legal notice is having some weight over other notices as it has to be drafted by a professional.  Matters pertaining to the company has to be through company's letter head, even any other advocate repesents the company only and commences notice "As per instructions received by my complaint.....Company etc.  If the company itself sends a notice, there is no such formality.

Thank you for the reply sir. Let me modify my question for clarity.

Say I am legal advisor of a company. I dont want to hire advocate from outside.

Can I send legal notice (if am LLB) on company letter head to the opposite party? I want to use my company letter head to draft notice. Is this possible?

Please clarify

I am sorry, some members do not have time to think twice and do no have time to read even one or two sentences in the guidance, ponder over what is intended to be conveyed, even when the reply is simple , direct with examples.
