I need ur help reagrding Legal Notice. I want to send wife's Previous employer. what is the procedure or can i ask her employer to give me all the documents to me. Is it necessary to submit these documents in Court. Can a lawyer has a power to send legal notice. Or i ask to court for summons to these employer.

dear ajit,
my wife filed DV against me, In the interim order her maintenance was denied. no she file CRPC 125 in which she says she is housewife women. I know she left her job. now i want all details from her previous employer. But i dont want she know about this if she denied in cross examination in DV. then i put all the documents in court.

court can summon and call for documents from the employer. Make an application in this regard.
