You may call it anything you like but a 'Legal Notice'. It is no notice in the eyes of law. A prescripttion issued by a person recommending a particular line of treatment unless issued by a medical practitioner cannot be termed a 'Medical Prescripttion'. Similar is the case with a notice issued by a person who is not on the rolls of the Bar Council. There are some tasks which can legally be performed only by experts. Let there be no doubt about it.

so if I do not have enough money to pay hire a lawyer, then I can not send a LEGAL NOTICE for the whole of my life !!

Can you perform a heart byepass surgery yourself upon you if you don't have sufficient money to pay to a doctor? What cannot be done cannot be done, irrespective of your financial position.
