I have a land bought in bangalore. The property has corporation khata and is transferred to my name after purchase. All the documents were verified and legal advice was taken before purchase.
Now my question is, which of the property documents tell if there is or there was any legal issues with the land.
How do I ensure there are no litigation on the land?

friend,
take search at civil court where proprty located .it is good to appoint advocate for it .
issue public notice for title verification in teo loacl news papers highly corculated on of these
one of these should be in a local language .
appoint advocate for search report and ask him for title report .
